Welcome

The Brazilian Association of Poison Control Centers (ABRACIT), with the support of the Brazilian Society of Toxicology (SBTox), will hold in the Majestic Hotel Convention Center in Águas de Lindóia/SP from 22 to 24 of August 2012, the IV Brazilian Congress of Clinical Toxicology and the I Brazilian Symposium of Analytical Toxicology.

The event will bring the presentation of reports and relevant themes related to the activities of the Poison Control Centers, representing an important space in the disclosure of the scientific production in the areas of Clinical and Analytical Toxicology in Brazil.

The program will be comprehensive, with national and international guests, and it will be presented as 4 Pre-Congress courses, 5 plenary lectures, 16 sessions with at least 34 keynote lectures, a discussion of practical cases in clinical toxicology; a session for presentation of themes selected for free oral communications, which will compete to the prize of the best report of the Congress; and a presentation of the posters approved by the Scientific Committee, which will be available during the whole event.
